- Proximity from home to clinical site is always

- No make-up for absenteeism, which may result in
withdrawing from course and may alter graduation
date.
35Medication Math Calculation Exam
- 100 required EVERY nursing course with a
clinical - 2 chances allowed
- If fail, the course must be dropped.
- This will delay the completion date of the
program.
36LVN Mobility Option

- Must complete 36 units of GE requirements
- Pass NLN Mobility Test to receive 15 units of
nursing credits for Med.-Surg Nursing - Cost is 80 (subject to change).
