9Since State Centralized Funding California has
never RELIABLY or CONSISTENTLY funded any of the
schools in California.
We are now headed for the most dramatic down
cycle yet.
10Local Communities Responded to This Broken System
Years Ago
- From 1983 to 2006, 211 communities passed parcel
taxes in 414 elections. - To date, of more than 1000 school districts in
California, over 600 benefit from education
foundations.
This is not good enough for our children. We can
do better.
