21LESSONS LEARNT CONCLUSIONS
- 6-The learning should transcend the classroom,
allowing it to take place within the workplace. - 7-The rule is learning how to learn and learning
by doing. - 8-Participative construction strengthens the
institutional ownership of the knowledge. - 9-The lack of knowledge favours distrust and
citizen withdrawal.
22LESSONS LEARNT CONCLUSIONS
- 10-The dialogue with society and the exercise of
social control requires a process of bilateral
training (example participatory budgeting) - 11- Opening the organizational channels and
qualifying the individual and collective actors. - 12-Creating knowledge networks at the
sub-national levels, articulated and coordinated
amongst themselves..
23LESSONS LEARNT CONCLUSIONS
- The challenge is to transform work groups into
learning groups and professional teams into
teams of knowledge management.
