    Telecom Dev. Conference (end 1994) that has
    become the focal point for distance-learning in
    ITU.
  • ITUs FULLY INVOLVEMENT IN E- LEARNING
  • Internet applications (e-learning, e-) are being
    promoted as much as internet / telecom services

  • CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE
    FEASIBILITY STUDY OF THE GTU/GTTI
  • Objective Self-financed institution (Partners
    contributions reasonable tuition fees)
  • Governed by a Board of Partners
  • Target population Managers and Senior
    Professionals who can speed up development and
    improvement of telecom sector
  • Start with a continuous education programme
    (short courses). An academic accredited programme
    can be considered in the future
  • Conduct a Pilot phase over the VTC platform to
    test assumptions of the feasibility study

    markets, etc.)
