INTRODUCTION

• Project Band Together is a program to recognize
  and encourage the abilities and talents of your
  church members while teaching them that
  investment of small funds supplied by God are
  increased through creative work and careful
  management.
• The basis of this program is the parable of the
  talents in
• Matthew 2514-30

• Faith in members by giving them seed money
• Expand opportunities for members to discover
  personal gifts and abilities
• New Money generated through creative and
  imaginative efforts

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

• Project Band Together (PBT), in partnership with
  your church, will
• Contact every member of your congregation of 3000
  or more
• With a hand addressed birthday card including an
  invitation to use the enclosed one dollar bill in
  resourceful ways throughout the month of their
  birthday to multiply that dollar
• The PBT dollars and the increase will
  then be donated to a designated
  special ministry of your church the first
  Sunday of the month following their
  birthday month

BASIC PROGRAM ELEMENTS

• The last week preceding their birthday month,
  each member will receive
• A Birthday Card, with hand written address to
  each member by name inside of the card will be a
  printed message
• A one dollar bill
• A wrist band to wear throughout the month which
  is imprinted with Project Band Together and your
  church name
• A Special Offer Card with pastor
  contact info and other associate pastor
  contact info, along with Key Contacts

• One-fourth of your church membership prepaid
  quarterly for example
• 6000 membership divided by 4 1500 members
• 1500 members x 5 7500 per quarter
• Designate the Key Contact for your church
• Provide member names and addresses by
  birthday month
• Collaborate with PBT staff for
  implementation plan of your program
