• While moving the line shaft using the press bar
  between UL4 and UL5 (tower A) it became apparent
  to the assistant press foreman that if the bar
  slipped from his hand while in use, it would have
  the potential to fall into the reel room and
  cause injury to an employee. The correction was
  to weld an eyebolt to the top of the bar and
  affix a chain leash to it. The chain is long
  enough to allow use of the bar without
  detachment. The bar is hung on a hook in the
  location where it is used. Contact PA machinist
