UPS Supply Ordering Instructions
Go to www.ups.com and click LOG IN TO MYUPS.COM

Enter USGL as the USER ID
Enter SUPPLIES as the PASSWORD ID and
Password must be in UPPERCASE
Click LOG IN

Click Supplies

Click Labels, Air Shipping Packages, and More

Enter the USGL UPS Account Number 3E2405 as shown
Enter the Postal Code 31602 as shown
Click Continue

Change the Ship To Information to reflect the
address you want to have your supplies shipped to.
Click Continue

Click Add Supplies

Proceed to select the items you wish to order and
then confirm the order to complete.
