Repair

• Inclusion Criteria
• TOF repair with or without shunt takedown,
  including
• TOF Repair, no ventriculotomy
• TOF Repair, ventriculotomy, nontransanular patch
• TOF Repair, ventriculotomy, transanular patch
• TOF Repair, RV-PA conduit
• TOF Repair, NOS
• Excluded Diagnoses
• TOF with absent pulmonary valve, TOF with AV
  canal
• Allowable Concomitant Diagnoses
• PDA, ASD, Systemic Venous Anomaly
