• Our Goal
• To build for and live in diverse communities
  (racial, cultural, age, ability, sexual
  orientation, artistic, belief systems)
• Where inclusion is based on social justice, with
  full opportunity and access (economic inclusion,
  educational inclusion, housing, health care)
• With active engagement with and celebration of
  that diversity throughout the community, and
  where we find our commonalities
• Which creates a place in which each member feels
  safe, productive and valued
• And increases the opportunities for
  problem-solving, innovation and enrichment of the
  entire community
