Linear Collider Conventional Facilities has moved
through startup into the pre-conceptual phase
consistent with the current project and the users
needs. The level of access and the tools
available are open and effective. For a
pre-conceptual environment, one that stimulates
creative interest and affords ample
participation, the mix is just right.
