What are we building again?

• Phase 0
• Reconfigure current AO system for 2 new back-end
  instruments SWIFT and project 1640.
• Phase 1
• Develop and deploy an extreme NGS-AO system,
  with 1-2 years lead over competitive projects
  (GPI, Sphere).
• Phase 2
• Improved the LGS performance with an infrared
  tip/tilt sensor and visible truth wavefront
  sensor.
