  • When we arrived at my aunts apartment, we saw
    something funny that doesnt exist in Peru. It
    was a nursery that went for a walk. The teacher
    and all the children where grabbing a kite. They
    use this material as a safety measure to walk and
    cross streets.

  • Recycling
  • Every home in Montreal has two garbage bins. One
    for recycling and the other one for biodegradable
    garbage. The garbage truck comes every day and
    the recycling truck once a week.

  • Bicycle rent
  • In Canada, one of the most popular means of
    transport is the bicycle. The city of Montreal
    has a complete bicycle path network. One can rent
    a bicycle in almost every main street of the
    city.

  • At one point of the Saint Laurent river there is
    a strong river current. Waves build up at that
    point. One can surf those static waves without
    being pulled out downstream.

    People like them. It has become a popular art.

  • John Lennon Yoko Ono
    Exhibition
  • My aunt works at the Montreal Museum of Fine
    Arts. There was a free exhibition called
    Imagine The Peace Ballad of John and Yoko. It
    was interesting. One had to climb a stair and
    look at a tiny message. Or one could play John
    Lennons piano or lie on his bed. There was also
    a room with lots of trees, where one could hang a
    wish. Another room had white chess boards. Plenty
    of chess games with no opponents.

  • Quebec Falls
  • We went for a day trip to Quebec. The mayor
    atraction is La Chute . A hugh water fall 30
    metres higher than The Niagara Falls. This fall
    is 83 metres high compare to the Niagara falls
    that is only 50 metres high.

  • Medieval Battles
  • People come to the Mont-Royal Park with their
    fake swords and blades covered with gray masking
    tape. They battles during hours and have a lot of
    fun.

  • Tam-Tam
  • In summer, on Sundays people gather at Mont-Royal
    Park to play music. They bring their instruments
    and they all play together. Most people bring
    drums to the park. One can see people dancing,
    juggling and having fun.
