• Ms.Poornima

• First Generation Entrepreneur, Visionary,
• Practical Personality.
• Born on 20/02/1978 .
• Born to a poor family, Poornima lost her father
  during her
• childhood, she being elder daughter, took the
  responsibility of
• the entire family after her fathers demise.
• She managed to complete JOC( Accountancy) and
  started her career as a PRO in a SSI called SS
  circuit Pvt Ltd.
• During her role as PRO, She developed human
  resource management skills and had a vision to
  enlighten the careers of deprived.
• After her marriage, she motivated and guided her
  husband towards her vision.
• With the strong vision of enlighting careers of
  deprived, they started M/s Poornima resources and
  services in the year 1997.
• She has conducted various personality development
  workshops in various villages
• She has been awarded as a best woman
  entrepreneur by RMV cluster cultural association
  for her contribution towards rural upliftment.

• Born in Belur, Hassan District on 29/06/1968
• Son of Late Lakshmi Narasimha Murthy (B.T.S Bus
• Conductor) and Ms Vijay Lakshmi.
• Born to a poor family, Mr.D.L.Keshava Murthy
  Started earning at a early age of 9 years.
• He started his career as a news paper delivery
  boy and part time sales boy.
• In his early days, He came across 2 car drivers
  who were extroverts by nature. He motivated and
  trained 2 car drivers to become sales man.
  Observing them become very successful sales
  persons, he started believing that Every
  individual has a hidden talent. If this talent is
  recognised and guided properly, every individual
  has capability to make a difference.
• With this strong Belief, he guided by his wife,
  started M/s Poornima resources which mainly
  concentrates on Mediocre performers and rural
  candidates.

• He has experience of working in corporate majors

• Bharti(Airtel) and Coca Cola before joining
  Infosys BPO
• In 2006, He joined Infosys BPO.
• In the year 2007 he was sent to Sydney (
  Australia ) to understand the process of
  Australian bank. He returned back and
  successfully implemented the Australian bank
  process at Infosys.
• He has the many credentials of analysing clients
  processes and successfully implementing those
  processes at Infosys
• He is Six Sigma certified lead in Infosys
• He is currently working as Project lead in
  Infosys Ltd.
• He, as a working partner will be taking care of
  Operations and Quality responsibility in Rural
  BPO
