Creating Your Project Schedule

• A Project Schedule is a tool to manage time,
  resources, and the associated costs to accomplish
  work
• Step 1 Define activities
• Assemble planning team and give each member a
  sticky pad
• Start from the WBS
• Identify major tasks and milestones to complete
  the project
• Identify detail tasks required to achieve each
  major task
