- Be in line with the objectives of the partnership
- Operating at three levels
- Regional (all or most of EECCA countries)
- Transboundary (e.g. co-operation and management
of shared water resources, partnerships on water,
etc.) - National / sub-national level (national IWRM
plans, tarif reforms, river basin management,
etc.) - Grouping
- Thematic components WSS and IWRM
- Status- On-going- Planned (not yet started but
financing secured)- Proposed (idea / in
preparation, but financing not or only partly
secured.
2Building Block Process
- High Level Meeting I Submission of building
blocks - Inclusion of building blocks in data base
- Initial screening/packaging of building blocks
- Presentation to possible donors at various
meetings - Revision / updating of building blocks
(supporting info?) - Establishment of website -
- Possible to search for specific building blocks
and print data sheets for building block, - Possibility to enter new building blocks from the
website to be established - High Level Meeting II
- Presentation of priority building blocks
- Donor pledging to develop and/or finance selected
