Development

• Supergum has in-house capabilities to develop and
  design products and apparatuses, which allow to
  closely monitor quality control and improve
  manufacturing performance.
• Supergums Engineering and RD departments
  support a wide range of standards and custom-made
  rubber and plastic products for highly diverse
  automotive applications.
• Engineering and RD departments have 12
  experienced engineers and technicians. Their
  qualification is approved according to Supergums
  high demands and standards.
• The RD department can perform analysis and
  calculations with the most advanced software such
  as solid modeling (Solidworks and Catia), finite
  elements analysis (Ansys) and molding analysis
  (Mold flow).
• Prototypes and developments tests can be
  performed in Supergums laboratories and
  facilities.
• Supergum also designs specialized equipment for
  use in product development for optimal designs
  and part testing to ensure that all required
  physical requirements are met.
