MAKING FBE THE PRESTIGIOUS AND REPUTABLE FACULTY
IN EMU AGAIN

• My vision is to make FBE again a reputable
  Faculty in EMU and the region with its education
  and research.
• FBE used to be the most prestigious and reputable
  faculty in EMU with the Faculty of Engineering.
  Unfortunately during the last four years it has
  been loosing its previous leading position in EMU
  and the region.

RISING ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE ENCOURAGING RESEARCH

• I will give priority to academic performance and
  productivity.
• Re-regulate teaching loads by reducing.
• Reward high academic performance and
  productivity.
• Beside the university research subsidies,
• a) provide a necessary budget in the Faculty to
  support research projects
• b) finance conference participation
• c) reward publication.

EFFICIENT COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION AMONG
FACULTY

• I will be active, energetic and trustable dean in
  providing communication, cooperation and dialogue
  among all academics in FBE.
• Not have friend vs. foe attitude in my
  relations with them.
• Provide peaceful work atmosphere in the faculty.
• Being fair in my relations with everybody.

FBES RELATIONS WITH DEPARTMENTS, UNIVERSITY ADM
INTL ORGS.

• I will do my best to strengthen departments in
  the faculty.
• Have fair and just relations with them without
  falling into the trap of favoritism.
• Be active to protect and enhance FBEs interests
  at the university level.
• Maintain a strong leadership in developing
  international accreditation and contacts.

PHYSICAL STRUCTURE OFFICES CLASSROOMS

• FBE buildings are neglected and disordered.
  Especially offices and classrooms are not
  regularly cleaned.
• To have healthy working areas, everyday, offices
  and classrooms should be cleaned and purified.
• Our furniture, especially in offices, is too old.
  All should be renewed.
• Renew all computers too, and provide printers to
  all academics.
