Launch Event Guidelines
  • THE PURPOSE of the event is to LAUNCH THEIR
    BUSINESS and to make them an EXECUTIVE.
  • EVERYONE is a potential Business Builder.
  • A customer is a by-product of someone who doesn't
    want to do the business.
  • Everything you do they will DUPLICATE, so make it
    DUPLICATABLE.

Inviting to the Launch Event
  • INVITE- positive, energetic, entrepreneurial
    people, NO DEBBIE DOWNERS, they will bring the
    energy of the event down.  
  • Remember ONE BAD APPLE SPOILS THE WHOLE BUNCH.
  • When you call DON'T give TOO MUCH INFORMATION.
     Have a sense of urgency and excitement in your
    voice.

Number of People to Invite
  • CALCULATE or map how many people youre going to
    need there in order to make them an executive.
  • You'll need 3-4 sign ups minimum to make them an
    exec.  We'll assume that 50 will sign therefore
    you'll need 7-9 people there at the launch.
  • Assume 50 will show therefore you need to invite
    double that amount, 14-18 people.
  • Make sure you have another distributor or two on
    your team there to train and assist just in case
    more show up.
  • They can assist with crowd control and act as a
    VALIDATION PARTNER

Setting Up
  • SET UP -  KEEP IT SIMPLE nothing fancy, sit
    everyone around a large dining table (couches are
    too comfy and people lose focus and
    concentration)
  • Put order forms on the table, (highlighting the
    areas you want them to fill in), a pen, a bottle
    of water and some light finger foods such as
    grapes etcetera that keep their sugar levels up.
     If the launch is at night serve coffee.
  • NO ALCOHOL until they have signed, then you can
    celebrate.  you don't want people making
    decisions under the influence

Preparation
  • PREPARE -  With any event you want to prepare
    yourself
  • PHYSICALLY-PUMP UP, do some stretches get the
    blood flowing and bring up your energy level up
  • MENTALLY- Clear your mind and get focused on the
    task at hand
  • EMOTIONALLY- connect to YOUR WHY
  • SPIRITUALLY- Set your INTENTION and everything in
    the universe will begin to assist you

Communication
  • COMMUNICATE- everything to the person you're
    launching so that you're on the SAME PAGE
  • The HOSTESS or distributors job is to
  • LEARN,  OBSERVE and make NOTES so she can do this
    for her new distributors.  
  • YOU NEED A HAPPY HOSTESS!

The Presentation
  • THE PRESENTATION -  should be broken down into 4
    parts as demonstrated by the flip chart.
  • First the EXPLANATION, then the
  • DEMONSTRATION in bite size pieces so as not to
    overwhelm them
  • 1. GALVANIC
  • 2. AGELOC
  • 3. TFEU
  • 4. BUSINESS
  • GET THEM TO FOCUS ON THEIR WHY AND THEN TALK
    ABOUT THE BUSINESS

Closing
  • When you have objections be GRATEFUL, as it will
    bring you closer to GREATNESS.
  • Review overcoming objections on ONETEAMGLOBAL.com
  • If they say they don't know anyone play the NAME
    GAME or tell them all they need is one person
    etc
  • When complete pull out your calendar and ask who
    would like to schedule their launch event first.
  • POINT to the spa kits (make sure you have enough
    for everyone) and ask who is ready to GET STARTED
    RIGHT NOW.
  • Hand them a kit, open the box, have them unwrap
    everything and train them all how to do their
    face right then and there.
  • They'll all walk out looking 10 years younger and
    they will DUPLICATE
