Session 20examine alternative decision sets for
D1-D4 (3-1 to 3-4)

• Policies. Finish writing your policies then,
  use them to enter policy-driven decisions for D1
  through D4. Review the results and refine
  policies.
• Setup. Complete steps 4, 5, 5 (should be 6) on
  the Marter Setup page.
• Expect competitors to do something that will
  affect you.
• Model decision sets. Experiment with different
  decision sets for D1-D4 to learn which set gives
  you a desired situation by the end of D4.

  offices

• Cash requirements
• Remember
• Your team is authorized to use overtime and/or
  add second shift lines.
• You can NOT add a plant, first-shift lines, or an
  addition without board of director approval.
• Expect a quiz on BPG Chapters 3 (omit Nystol
  Pandau), 8, 9 (Finance Decision section only).
• Email instructor a 4-digit alphanumeric team ID
  if you want your team scores posted.

• Companies 2, 3, 5 Note the companies are not

  D1, D2, D3, D4. Your home area is listed in
  row 1.
• You stocked out in 3 of 4 areas in 2-4
• Note relative manufacturing costs in Merica and
  Sereno (Prod rows 50 up) as they are affected
  by projected GDP CPI changes.
• Notes on D1
• Consolidated Sales Office Orders must equal
  Consolidated Production, else, information is
  invalid
• If unit sales forecast is greater than available
  product (beginning inventory sales office
  orders), Revenue are based on product
  available.
