2EHPA Shelters A Code Requirement
- Florida Building Code Section 423.25
- Enhanced Hurricane Protection Area (EHPA) is
required by all new educational facilities unless
a waiver is received - Shall provide emergency shelter protection for
up to 8 hours during a hurricane - Public Shelter Design Criteria
