- Thailands Information and Communication
Technology (ICT) policy places a priority on the
role of ICT in social and economic development by
emphasizing the improvement of the quality of
life and society through developing a
knowledge-based society

- In the global context, the development of ICT in
Thailand can be considered average - Compare with the other Asia countries, they are
more developed than Thailand

ICT in Thailand - Insufficient and limited coverage of the
information and communication infrastructure - A shortage of ICT human resources
