Personality Types
  • MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) developed in
    the 1940s, scientifically validated
  • 16 different personality types and every person
    fits into one of them
  • All personality types are equally valuable, with
    inherent strengths and blind spots.
  • Type does NOT indicate intelligence or predict
    success, nor indicate how well-adjusted
    individuals are
  • Type DOES help us discover what motivates us and
    empowers us to seek these elements in the work we
    do

  • The kind of information we naturally notice
  • How we make decisions
  • Whether we prefer to live in a more structured
    way (making decisions) or in a more spontaneous

    is completed)
  • See time as a renewable resource and see
    deadlines as elastic

  • You will know how to make sure you are operating
    from a position of strength
