- Include an overview of your professional and
technical experiences. - No special format is required.

- This section should contain your professional
goals - Clearly state your current position
- Identify where you intend to be in the future as
a result of earning a degree

by far the most important. It should match your
resume and provide detailed information about
your work experiences.
10THIS SECTION SHOULD
- Contain a chronological list of work experience
from earliest to most recent - Match with your resume
- And
- Provide detailed information about work
experience from each position held.
11Each list of work experience should contain the
following information

- Place of Employment
- Position Description
- List of Skills or Competencies Required to
Perform the Job
13REQUIRED INFORMATION
- Evidence of Training Associated with this
Particular Job, such as - Certificates
- CEU Sheets
- Workshop or Seminar Completion Certificates
- Training activities should be described including
competencies achieved.

- Authentic Artifacts that Reflect Competence, such
as - Letters of Validation
- Items Developed
- Letter of Verification of these Materials from
your Supervisor on Company Letterhead
15The next list of work experience should include
the same information as in the previous list.

- Each additional list of work experience should
identify a progressive growth of competencies OR
demonstration of different skills and competence

- The same competencies cannot be evaluated for
credit in more than one work experience!

work experience to be evaluated.

educational experiences that were completed
outside of traditional schooling environments.
