Completed Entry Application Includes

• A written description of your product or process
  idea (400 words or less)
• A drawing or photograph of your design (submitted
  in PDF format)
• A prototype that demonstrates the features that
  qualify the concept as a new, unique idea
  (brought to the Fair on December 7)

Marketability
The Fair sponsors coordinate the judging of the
Fair entries.

Criteria for Judging

• Innovation the level of creativity and
  originality of the entry.
• Presentation The quality of the entry (i.e.
  written entry form, the prototype and its
  presentation) and its ability to communicate the
  idea intent.
• Commercialization The marketability,
  manufacturability, legality, safety, impact on
  society, technical feasibility, and potential
  profitability of the entry.

PROCEDURES FOR FAIR PARTICIPANTS

• You may enter as many different ideas as you
  wish.
• Read Official Entry Instructions completely
  before completing your entry application.
• The top 300 entrants will be invited to display
  their prototypes at the Fair in Stillwater on
  December 7, 2007. E-mail notifications will be
  sent on or before November 1, 2007.
• If you are invited to display at the Fair, your
  prototype must be delivered and set up for
  display by 800 a.m. Friday, December 7, 2007.

Additional Procedures and Guidlines

• No food or recipe entries will be accepted.
• No more than one name on entries.
• Each fair participant is responsible for picking
  up awards, posters and prototypes at the Fairs
  conclusion.
