Getting Started

• Open Internet Explorer (the blue e on your
  desktop)
• In the Address box, type www.svusd.org/tchatt
• Press Enter or Return or click Go

Logging In

• Enter your Internet username and password
• Leave Substitute PIN field empty
• Click Submit

Marking Attendance

• Click on the pull-down arrows for each student
• You can change them until Saturday night.
• Remember to click Submit Attendance!

Changing Periods

• You can move from period to period by clicking
  Next Period or Previous Period
• Dont be fooled by the number of students in
  these classes. If you have 35 students, they
  will all be listed.

Checking Attendance

• You can also view previous weeks by clicking on
  Previous Week

Using VAX

• Experienced VAX users only
• Key reminders are at the bottom
• Backup if Internet goes down
