HOW TO SUBMIT TECHNOLOGY REQUESTSUSING TRIACTIVE

Double Click on the icon in the bottom left hand
side of your screen.

You will be taken to the web interface of
Triactive. Select the type of work order to be
completed using the drop down arrow.

Next use the drop down box to select which type
of category the work order falls under. If you
are unsure of this field you can leave the
default setting.

Triactive
Type in the subject as to what the work order
pertains to.

Give a complete description as to all work to be
completed. Please be very specific.

Scroll down to the bottom and select create
ticket.

• You will receive an e-mail to verify that your
  ticket was submitted.
• Please note that the person logged into the
  computer will be the one that the ticket is
  submitted as.
