• There are 650,000 Hams in the US.
• Each has their own callsign. No two hams have
  the same callsign.
• There are 3 classes (levels) of licenses
• Technician, General, and Extra.
• Technician with Morse Code

Ham Radio is a big variety of hobbies all
compiles into one big theme RADIO. It means
many different things, to many different people.
What you think is a fun part of ham radio,
someone may dislike. And while you might find,
say, providing communications for a foot-race
enjoyable, someone might like packet radio
WAAAAAY better. Its just whatever you like about
the hobby.
