Protecting the Environment and enhancing
Cooperation in the Black Sea region through
Regional legal and policy development, capacity
building, data collection and sharing, strengtheni
ng scientific foundations of decision making.

To preserve the Black Sea ecosystem as a valuable
natural endowment of the region, while ensuring

of the Black Sea coastal States.
