  Now 5 million live in the area and the airport is
  busy 20 hours a day

  runway may contribute to flooding and 1 million
  people may be affected
• A road must be built from the South, but area is
  a high income residential area and area is also
  used as a park for recreation and area is a
  National Heritage Site
• A new airport can be built at Fongow, 40 miles
  from the city centre. Area used for agricultural
  production and thousands of farmers would be
  affected
