Numeracy
Social studies
I have explored a variety of ways in which data
is presented and can ask and answer questions
about the information it contains. MNU 124X
I have used a range of ways to collect
information and can sort it in a logical,
organised and imaginative way using my own and

I can describe and recreate the characteristics
of my local environment by exploring the

consider ways of looking after my school or
community and can encourage others to care for

Expressive arts
Inspired by a range of imaginative stimuli,
including popular culture, and working on my own
and with others, I can express and communicate my
ideas thoughts and feelings through activities

observing and recording from my experiences
across the curriculum, I can generate a range of
visual information, sometimes, for example, in
the form of sketches, diagrams or maps. EXA

The Technologies
What can we do to look after our Earth?
By exploring current news items of technological
interest, I have raised questions on the issues
and can share my thoughts. TCH 103B Through

can develop and use problem solving strategies
to meet design challenges or construct models.

Literacy
As I listen or watch, I can identify and discuss
the purpose, key words and main ideas of the
text use this information for a specific

view, I am learning to recognise the difference

to understand information, explore ideas and

Science
Through my experience of different materials
which I use, I can talk about the need to
conserve Earths resources at home and in school

scientific news items to help me develop an
