Title: Dolly Silver Corporation
1Dolly Silver Corporation
- PRESENTATION ON A TSX VENTURE LISTING AND FLOW
THROUGH / HARD FINANCING PROPOSAL -
- November 2008
2Opportunity
- To explore and develop one of Canadas premier
silver plays Dolly Varden Silver Camp - south
of Stewart, British Columbia close to good
infrastructure - Dolly Silver would earn a 50 interest in the
Dolly Varden silver properties and deposits
(6,576 hectares) for an exploration spend of 7.5
million over a 3 year period. Thereafter joint
venture with Dolly Silver as the operator - In addition Dolly Silver owns approximately 3,025
hectares of prospective silver claims adjacent
and contiguous to the Dolly Varden properties - Historical reserves and resources of 34.7 million
ounces silver in Dolly Varden Mines - Potential to delineate multi tens of million
ounces of silver and gold - 43-101 Technical Reports completed July 2008 and
October 2008 identifies Dolly Silver / Dolly
Varden properties as Eskay Creek look-a-like

5General Geological map Dolly Varden deposits
analogous to Eskay Creek deposits rocks and
structural location
6Dolly Silver Corporation Exploration Properties
- Dolly Varden Property recognised as a precious
metal rich volcanogenic massive sulphide - very
similar to Eskay Creek - Close proximity to Bravos Homestake Ridge
discovery
7Dolly Varden Mines History
- Dolly Varden and North Star Mines produced 1.3
million ounces silver from 1919-1921 at an
average grade of 1224 g/t silver Herbert Hoover
financed this operation before becoming US
President - Torbit Mine produced 18.6 million ounces silver
from 1949 1959. Recovered grade averaging
466.3 g/t silver - 1981 calculated Proven and Probable Reserve 5.7
million ounces, silver 29 million ounces
Possible Reserves by Derry, Michener, Booth - 1990 - Breakwater Resources / Dolly Varden Mines
have outlined historical proven, possible and
probable resources of 1.5 million tons containing
14.2 million ounces silver - 1990 developed exploration tunnel underneath
Dolly Varden mine very limited exploration
company needed funds for oil and gas project
8Exploration Drift at Dolly Varden Mine (/- 1990)
9Dolly Silver Corporation A potential world class
gold / silver rich VMS deposit
10Dolly Silver Corporation Precious metal rich
volcanogenic massive sulphide geological model
11Target Deposit Types
Dolly Silver Corporation
- Stratiform / stratabound gold, silver and base
metal mineralization in Lower-Middle Jurassic
Hazelton Group High Sulphidation VMS Deposits - Gold-silver vein and stockwork mineralization
- High sulphidation epithermal gold-silver deposits
- Features indicative of all of the above targets
are found on the Dolly Varden Properties
12Geological Highlights
- Setting is a graben or half graben structural
setting with an extensive basin that accumulated
exhalites and debris flow facies mineralization - Divided into
- Dolly Varden Torbrit (DVT) Area
- Goldbelt Area
- All DVT and Goldbelt zones are related to felsic
volcanism and stringer zone mineralization within
andesite and basaltic andesite 10 km strike
length - DVT exhalite horizon has a hanging wall zone of
black chlorite matrix debris flow with exotic VMS
fragments
13Dolly Varden North Star Torbrit (DVT Area)
Dolly Silver Corporation
- These 3 silver deposits occur on an extensive,
nearly continuous horizon of hydrothermal
eruption breccia, chemical sediments (exhalite),
volcanogenic massive sulphides and debris flows - Contains barite, base and precious metal
sulphides, native silver, jasper, chert, and/or
calcite - Foot wall rocks are commonly chlorite altered
- Produced 19.9 million ounces of silver 1919-1956
- DVT Exhalite extends for 3 km, part of 6 km
trend of deposits and prospects up to 60m thick
14Goldbelt Zone
Dolly Silver Corporation
- Felsic volcanism and stringer zone mineralization
extending between Homestake property (Bravo
Ventures) and the DVT Exhalite zone - Mostly a 4 km by 1km py-ser-qtz stringer zone in
Betty Creek formation, terminating up section
with Salmon River formation (similar to Eskay
setting) with Cu, Ag, Au, Sb, As, Zn, Pb soil
anomalies - Red Point a 1 x 1km kspar-black
chlorite-qtz-py-cpy-Au-Ag stockwork and
hydrothermal eruption breccia zone, adjacent to
the DVT Exhalite zone
15Project Work to date
Dolly Silver Corporation
- Engaged Cambria Geosciences Inc. (Cambria) to
recover and compile all known existing geological
information from early 1900s through to 2003
into one single referenced data base - Estimated 30 million spend to date on Properties
- Compile two 43-101 Reports
- Dolly Varden Property
- Dolly Silver Property
- Develop project models and exploration programs
16 Work Program - 3.5 million
Dolly Silver Corporation
- Based on Cambria Geosciences Inc. NI 43-101
reports recommendations prepared for exploration
programs - Recommended exploration focused on the Red Point,
North Star, and Torbrit zones, in stratigraphy
near the Betty Creek Salmon River formation
contact. - Develop targets in the Goldbelt, Surprise and
Wolf zones - Special emphasis on the Goldbelt, on the NW
