Discussion Board
The Team Room Discussion Board allows team
members to post, reply to, and review discussion
items relevant to the team. The Threaded view
chosen from the Select a View list displays
discussion topics and replies threaded together.

Action Items
The Team Room Action Items list allows team
members track progress on important team tasks.
The By Category view chosen from the Select a
View list displays action items group by
category.

Meetings
The Team Room Meetings list helps team members
schedule, track and review all aspects of team
meetings. The All Events view chosen from the
Select a View list displays all scheduled
meetings.

Reference Documents
The Team Room Reference Documents library helps
team members share and collaborate on important
team documents. The By Author view chosen from
the Select a View list displays the documents
grouped by author.

Team Room

• Team members can email links to other team
  members to review discussion items, action items,
  meetings and reference documents. Team members
  may then review the item and sign up for an alert
  on the item to receive an e-mail alert whenever
  the item is updated.

Keyword Filter
Team members can view discussions, action items,
meetings and reference documents grouped in many
ways including, by date, by category, and by
author, or they can search using a keyword filter
or a site search.

Edit Properties
From the Edit Properties page or from the context
menu team members can edit and delete items. Team
members can also perform other functions
appropriate to the list they are dealing with.

Team Member Profiles
Team Member Profiles, accessed via the Quick
Launch bar, allow team members to review and
maintain profile information.
