Hands on experience

• Locate all files that you have created, obtained,
  modified since you have come to SIAP (e.g. Stata
  file, DevInfo File, CSPro files)
• Group them in way to facilitate easy search.
• Create an index file that will include name of
  all file and one line describing the contents of
  each file.
• Consider all files belong to one dataset and
  prepare a documentation for this dataset.

• How many files have you located ?
• In how many folders ?
• What are different types of files (e.g Word
  files, DevInfo etc?
• How many file extensions did you find ? List all
  of them?
• Are all files in same drive ? If not list all
  drives and access conditions to different drives ?
