The Assessment Dilemma Very difficult to
transform institutions that are not rational
changing curriculum is like trying to move a
graveyard HHS responded to leadership from the
top, colleges do not, no nation cuts as deep
into the population with higher education as we
do. Assessment, assessment, assessment
is the new challenge. We must put instruments in
place that allow us to be data minersessential
