  Qualified Nominee
• Principal With Competitive Alternates Member
  Designates the Nominee to Receive the
  Appointment. Alternates Compete for the
  Appointment in the Event the Principal Nominee Is
  Not Found Qualified
• Principal With Numbered Alternates Member
  Designates the Nominee to Receive the
  Appointment. Alternates Are Numbered in Order of
  Preference in the Event the Principal Nominee Is
