Graduation Project

Can you Afford Not to Care?
  • Senior Project Grading Scale
  • All deadlines must be met. You will receive 50
off if the assignment is more than 10 minutes
late. You will receive a zero if the assignment
is turned in by the end of the day!First nine

15 Senior Boards 20 Total 50 Be patient
and diligent and you will meet with success!
  • Stay organized, stay motivated, and stay on task!

3
Topic Selection
  • Think about hobbies, interests, and leisure
    activities (dog training, cake decorating,
pottery, etc.) that have caught your interest.
  • Think about recent events in the world or news
that caught your attention (homeless society, pet
    adoption, etc.) .
  • Think about issues that you care about or have a
    vested interest (cancer, learning disabilities,
    Alzheimer's, etc ).
  • Think about careers that interest you
    (pediatrician, wedding planning, crime scene
    investigation, etc.)
  • The topic must be a stretch for you!

4
Choose a Topic
  • Choose a topic based on the following elements
  • Your interest in the topic. If you dont care
about the topic, it will be hard to maintain
motivation for a month of study. Again, it must
be a learning stretch for you.
  • Resources available. If you choose a narrow or
very creativity topic, know that this will be
more difficult to find print sources. You will
need to have extra motivation to find the
information needed to complete your paper. At the
same time, many of the creative and fresh
    topics are the most interesting!

5
