How we built our web show
This web show explains how we worked as a team to
create a web show. We had four members of our
team. Everyone helped each other and we had fun.
The best part was seeing our show from other
computers, like at home.

We learned some software
The first thing we needed to get was a computer
with PowerPoint and PhotoShop. We all needed to
learn some computer skills to do our work. We
used PowerPoint to bring all our work to one
place.

We picked the roles
We talked about what we liked to do and then
decided who would do what. If you liked to do
art, then the artist role was best. If you liked
computers, the programmer role was the one to
pick. Students who liked to write became the
writers. Students who like to make maps and
drawings of plans for building things became the
designers.

We learned our job
We saw a tutorial about how to work as a web show
team. Then we read about what we each needed to
do to make the web show. Every week we got
together and talked about what we were doing.

We put it all together in the storyboard
The exciting part was when we started seeing the
web show grow. At first we had some holes, like
not enough pictures, but then the writer and
artist talked and figured out how to fix it. It
was important to talk before the project was
finished.

Then we made HTML pages
It was like magic to see PowerPoint make web
pages from our PowerPoint screens. We were
disappointed to see that we cant use
PowerPoints animation and screen transitions on
the web. But, it was still exciting to see our
work on the web.
