ESPC Statement

• The ESPC Master Contracts (one per region) are
  the vehicles by which TBR, the individual
  campuses, and an ESCO will work in partnership to
  develop and implement energy-related facilities
  improvement projects (delivery orders) that pay
  for themselves through energy cost savings.
