• H is your Personal drive and not available to
  anyone else
• H drive is not to be used for storage or
  incidental or day to day work files
• Use in place of C drive
• H drive only holds 50 MB
• 3-4 large PowerPoints
• Dozen large spreadsheets
• Few dozen high-res photos
• Will fill up quickly!

J drive

• Two places to store shared or work-related
  information
• Members
• Public
• On the other hand, the J drive is intended for
  your "day to day" and project related work.  Each
  person has a folder under their respective org
  number this is where they store their project
  related work and "day to day" files.  Under each
  low-org, there is also a Public folder where you
  can put things that all users in the utility can
  access and a Secure folder where you can restrict
  access to intended users. Ken
• Managing our available disk space has become
  a critical issue and at the current rate of
  growth of approx. 12GB per month, we will be out
  of disk space by mid-year 2007.
