Recommended Motion
  • Mr. Chairman, I move to approve the Trails End
    Commercial Subdivision Tentative plat subject to
    the following conditions
  • Prior to final plat approval
  • Comply with Highway Floodplain Assessor
    comments
  • Submit C, C Rs to address the intent Southern
    San Pedro Valley Plan design guidelines methods
    to substantially retain the existing natural
    vegetation
  • Address ADOT requirements
  • Submit drawings for lots 102, 103,105, 106, 86
    89 indicating that conventional septic systems
    will work for Health Department review and
  • Ensure lots 64, 66, 67, 73 and 74 are within one
    fire department.
  • Obtain a Letter of Commitment to Serve from the
    Bella Vista Water Company and so note on the
    final plat.
  • Provide fire hydrants at approximately 2000 foot
    intervals using appliances that compatible with
    the equipment of the applicable fire district.
