  that it is being shut down -- known as an
  orderly or graceful shutdown
• Not tied to Load Shedding
• No additional fee, included with 6.x firmware

• Shutdown Delay in Seconds
• Script delay in minutes
• Host name/IP address

  delay
• Script delay time is ignored if the Shutdown
  Script box has not been checked
• Shutdown delay set at zero disables remote
  shutdown

  to only shut down when it receives a shutdown
  message from a particular system
• From the remote shut down agent configuration
