• After becoming active in the Registry, a
  practitioner can register to login to the website
  to review his/her report. Please follow the
  steps below
• Step 1 Pull down the Practitioners drop down
  menu and click on Practitioner Login

• Step 2 If this is the first time that the
  practitioner is logging in, click on Set-up

• Step 3 Enter the necessary information
• - First Name
• -Last Name
• - Registry ID.
• - Or SSN

  and continue to Step 8
• - If the information shown is not correct, check

• - Click Continue. Now you are ready to log in!

• - Go to the PBC Registry website
  www.pbcregistry.org
• - Pull down the Practitioners drop down menu
• - Click Practitioner Login
• - Click Log-in
