Resolution 1

• That RPF be regularly apprised of developments in
  NEPAD, including possible mechanisms for RPF
  members to participate in and access information
  on NEPAD

Resolution 2

• That the activities of the current task group on
  Road Building Specifications be integrated in the
  activities of the task group on National
  Specifications and Guidelines
• That the task group (including previous members
  of the RMC of COLTO) prepares a prioritised list
  of needs (with timeframes and costs) to be tabled
  at the RCC meeting of COTO to be held on 27 Nov
  2002
• That the task group on National Specifications
  and Guidelines liaises with the NDoT
  Infrastructure Division once established

Resolution 3

• That the actions of the working group on Skills
  Development be suspended until upcoming issues or
  events necessitate its resurrection

Resolution 4

• That the working group on Laboratory Testing
  Accreditation explore the mechanisms and means
  by which the proposed National Proficiency
  Testing Scheme can be implemented

Resolution 5

• That a working group on the Bitumen Price Index
  be tasked to draft appropriate insertions into
  contract documents and that the matter be taken
  up with SAFCEC to facilitate its implementation

• That the Foamed Bitumen working group be
  suspended until such time as sufficient
  information is available to allow a revision of
  the draft guideline
