Introduction

• Need to cool model in critical areas
• Use surface current distribution to determine the
  temperature rise of the model.
• Original plan to use ANSYS but now can do it in
  MWS.

Alternative 4 rod design

Plan

• Do thermal analysis with just ambient air
  cooling.
• Include cooling channels filled with water.
• Determine if cooling is feasible.
