  • Late bloomer physically, mentally, emotionally.
  • Financially, not able to afford 4 year school.
  • Students from JCs often mature, serious about
    academics, good study habits.
  • I commend you and your role in assisting these
    young people reach their goals and dreams.

    express oneself in such a way that one is readily
    and clearly understood. To be connected with one
    another.

    11). Everyone must work together. Success depends
    on how the group plays together as a unit.
    Therefore, it is not the biggest, fastest or
    strongest team that necessarily wins, but the
    best team that wins.

    action impel. Also inspire, stimulate, spur.
    Create/establish purpose, cause.

    vocation.

  • Not a country club. Mindset should be ambition,
    striving to do better, excel.
  • Develop a feeling of harmony, everyone
    contributed to success.
  • Good leader makes difficult decisions and absorbs
    resulting criticism.

  • Manage by feel, not by fear.

  • I believe if a leader is a stickler on high
    performance, excellence, then winning/success
    will be a natural by-product.

    remember that the members of the team do not have
    to be perfect, they just have to keep trying to
    be the best they can be. Thats my definition of
    a winning attitude.

  • Ultimately, it is the greatest journey when a
    group of people can set a shared goal, setting
    the bar so high each strives to be greater than
    he perceived possible learning the value and
    rewards of a hard work ethic, building close
    relationships based on trust and giving of
    yourself so completely that you become a part of
    something bigger than yourself.
