About Us

• Headquarter located in Taiwan
• Dedicated in thyristors that apply in

Market Status

• TVS diodes appeared in the early 80s as the
  first practical semiconductor solution to surge
  protection.
• In late 80s and early 90s, the SIDAC technology
  of thyristor products has been identified as a
  candidate for the primary surge protection device
  that telephone industry searched for.
• SIDAC thyristor has found a new market needs in
  mid 90s because of fast growth in Internet,
  multimedia, computer, auto industry and consumer
  electronics with surge sensitive circuitry.
• Currently there are more governing agencies of
  health, safety, consumer and others are mandating
  the requirement of surge protection on all
  electronic equipment under Transient Immunity
  Standards.

  and with weaker support.

• -Wholly owned subsidiary of Company Siebe,
