What is EasyWeb ?

• It is a Web solution which distributes
• clinical images and reports.
• This distribution is web based (via the EasyWeb
  server), so can be accessed by (authorized-)
  user(-s) either inside or outside the healthcare
  enterprise, from
• any PC
• with
• any internet web browser
• Netscape v4.78, Microsoft Explorer v5.5

What is a Web Application?

• A Web Application is one that can run over the
  Internet. This means that
• The application is normally broken up into a
  server and a client
• Applications have to take into account network
  bandwidth and latency
• Client software can be downloaded to the client
  (Java Applets)
• The cost per user ratio is very low

• A web application that enables distribution of
  radiology and cardiology results out to the
  enterprise, including
• Entire image set
• Cine Loops
