- Definitions
- Evacuation organized, phased and supervised
withdrawal, dispersal, or removal of civilians
from dangerous or potentially dangerous areas,
AND their reception and care in safe areas. - Shelter in Place Remaining in a location,
usually indoors, where hazardous materials are in
the environment, while taking precautions to
minimize exposure to those materials.

- Authority to evacuate is made
- PD has responsibility for evacuation
