Select An Advisor

1. Select your advisor Joe Bowler

Make an Appointment
Select the date of your appointment or the
starting date of the week youd like to be
advised in. It is recommended that you search for
a range of days to find an appointment time that
best fits your schedule.
Select All Availabilities OR Individual
appointment from the pull down menu.
Your search results will be listed on the
bottom of the screen. Click on the Day/Time that
fits your schedule.

Appointment Information
All appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes.
Expect your advising session to last 30 minutes.
2. Select the nature of your appointment. If a
pull down menu is not available, simply type in
Advisement in the blank window.
1. Select the time of your appointment. All
available times will be displayed in the pull
down menu for the day you selected. If you dont
find time that fits your schedule go back to the
previous screen and select a different day from
search results.

Upcoming Appointment
Once you have selected and saved your appointment
it will be displayed in your AdvisorTrac record.
