Construction to Operation Inspection - About 98 of the inspections showed compliance
with the construction permit. So an operation
permit could be prepared - Note, Regulation 1102, Section 11.4.2, dated June
6, 2006 states - Upon satisfactory demonstration that the
equipment, facility or air contaminant control
device complies with all of the terms and
conditions of the construction permit, the
Department shall grant approval to operate by
issuing an operation permit.
